The HESA MSEd program is affordable because each student accepted through our competitive admissions process receives full tuition funding.
Assistantships
All students accepted into the Baylor HESA program are guaranteed a paid 20-hour-per-week professional apprenticeship on the Baylor campus in a student affairs role. Baylor departments are eager to hire HESA students, and these apprenticeships challenge students to apply the insights learned in the classroom to the business of the university through meaningful and engaged hands-on work, putting theory directly into practice.
