Chelsea Lippe, Ed.D.

  • Assistant Clinical Professor

Dr. Chelsea Lippe serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at Baylor University's Moody School of Education. In this role, she coaches and mentors master's students as they complete their degrees, with a special focus on guiding Texas-based students through the principal certification process. She teaches graduate-level coursework within the Educational Leadership program and supports students' field-based practicum and internship experiences, helping prepare the next generation of school leaders for both degree completion and certification.

Dr. Lippe brings more than a decade of PK-12 campus leadership experience to her work with graduate students. Most recently, she served as principal of Park Hill Elementary in Midway ISD (2023-2026), where she led a Title I campus of over 700 students, overseeing a staff of more than 100. Under her leadership, the campus's state accountability rating rose from a "B" (87) to an "A" (94) in a single year, driven by data-driven instruction, targeted interventions, and collaborative leadership. She also guided the campus to a Nationally STEM Certified distinction, cultivated staff retention above 95% over three years, and supported 29 of 36 teachers in earning Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) designations through coaching on student growth and the T-TESS process.

Prior to becoming principal, Dr. Lippe served as assistant principal at River Valley Intermediate School and A.V. Cato Elementary School. She began her career as a classroom teacher, holding roles as a second/fourth grade ELAR teacher and kindergarten teacher. Across every role, her focus has remained the same: improving student outcomes, developing teacher and leader capacity, and building cultures of trust and excellence.
